Pole Fitness Classes

At CFC, we offer pole fitness classes each week, and we bet you did not realize the many unexpected health benefits of regular pole fitness routines. For example, it is one of the workout routines that burns calories quickly. It builds self confidence and reduces stress. You become more limber and it often motivates others to work out harder and more often too. It works out your bones and joints too, as well as promotes heart health and blood flow. And you will fall asleep faster and easier. And pregnant women report having an easier time with pregnancy and during childbirth too.

  • Mondays: Pole Fitness Classes with Christen at 5:15pm
  • Wednesdays: Pole Fitness Classes with Christen at 6:15pm
