Weight Lifting Classes

Improve your daily quality of life and gain bigger strength inside and out with our Weight Lifting classes offered at CFC. With proper weight lifting and training, you will be able to work harder physically and live longer, it improves bone density and lean muscle mass. It also increases the strength of muscles, tendons and connective tissues. We also have an impressive free weights room to allow you to keep training beyond the weight lifting classes.

Weight lifting classes each week:

  • Mondays: Weight Lifting with Yu Xin at 9:30am
  • Wednesdays: Body Sculpt with Angela at 5am
  • Thursdays: Strong (Wo)man with Vince at 6pm
  • Saturdays: Strong (Wo)man with Vince at 11:30am
